1. Services Provided

LuxCore LLC offers specialized digital services including but not limited to custom web development, UI/UX design, SaaS platform engineering, and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies. All services are governed by a specific Project Agreement or Statement of Work (SOW) drafted prior to engagement.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise stated, LuxCore LLC and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on the website. Upon full payment of project invoices, the specific intellectual property rights for custom-developed client projects are fully transferred to the client, as outlined in their specific contract.

3. User Responsibilities

You must not:

• Republish material from our website without prior written consent.
• Use our services for any illegal, malicious, or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or disrupt the security of our infrastructure or our clients' platforms.

4. Payments & Retainers

We operate on a transparent fixed-price or milestone-based model. Invoices must be paid within the agreed-upon timeframe. Failure to pay may result in project suspension. SEO and maintenance retainers are billed on a recurring cycle and can be canceled with 30 days written notice.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall LuxCore LLC, nor any of its officers, directors, or employees, be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this website or our software solutions, beyond the scope explicitly guaranteed in the project contract.

6. Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the standard corporate laws applicable to our jurisdiction, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts for the resolution of any disputes.
